Natalie
Hi, I’m Natalie, the founder of Kundalini Amsterdam. I created this space to share the transformative yoga practices that profoundly improved my mental well-being. With a background in Psychology and a passion for mindset and mental health, I combine ancient Kundalini Yoga teachings with modern psychological insights to create accessible, life-enhancing practices for everyone.
Having personally overcome anxiety, depression, and burnout, Kundalini Yoga became my powerful alternative for building resilience and inner peace. Each kriya I teach has played a key role in my own journey, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same transformation.
I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Guru Singh and Brett Larkin, and my 30-Hour Yin Yoga Training with Kassandra Reinhardt. My approach is rooted in the philosophy of “Grisht Ashram”—yoga for everyday life. This means using Kundalini Yoga to reduce stress, live consciously, and cultivate calm while navigating the demands of daily living.
